another blog post (this time from David W. Boles’ Urban Semiotic ™) about Damien Hirst's $99 million diamond skull... just can't shake that thing, its dead-shimmery gaze stares at me all the effing time from magazines, internet articles, etc... I mwan... shouldn't this thing be in a pirate ship somewhere on the bottom of the ocean? I think it missed its calling... can we start calling it "Percival?" - "Percy" for short?... and when am I going to start sending crazy letters to Mr. Hirst? Soon... anyone have an address?
