spent the morning in the kitchen again (going back in time) youtubing blur (how adorable coffee and tv video! actually all the blur videos are pretty great)

-to-gorillaz-to-del-to-the Dandy warhols-to RIZE/ david lachappelle (since they are all somewhat connected in that 6-degrees of pop culture sort of way)
and came across the video for "if you must" which has to be one of the most public health-orented songs of all time.
