In 4th grade (1989-90ish) there was an odd period
where no matter what map of eastern Europe you
looked at it was wrong, they were all wrong and
even the latest editions were already outdated
because of all the national border upheaval, so
I think I just stopped looking at maps of East-
ern Europe altogether... and now I can barely re-
member where Belarus is, or Lithuania/Latvia/
Estonia for that matter... what i am trying to
say is that it is their fault (also a bit) that
I don't know where they are.
White Russia, that "rogue state"...
