SO, I paniked and thought my Fiktionsbescheinigung expired at the ned of the months, but it actually expires at the end of May, whew- so I am still quite legal, with option for extension.

After designing the interior of the Zinnober Maskenball 2007 at the UdK (Amelia and I only had a week from start to finish- long story) I finally collapsed and slept a few hours last night, (my brain had shut off about 7 or 8 hours earlier), and the final few hurdles of installing the video projections was... well, ridiculoulsy difficult without a brain, (and on top of a 12-foot HOLLOW wall!!) but overall the whole experience was really über-fun and I am glad Susanne *wink* (see blogroll left "susanne luegt natuerlich") set us up with it. And and- and there is nothing quite like haveing thousands of people dance around the half dozen HUGE sculptures you've built (based on your drawings) so- whew, and Amelia (see blogslist "Little Neck" to the right) ani I plan to work again on future projects, that is quite excting-
Anyhow, here is a video Amelia took of the "Making of" the creaures taken somewhere around 3 am the night before - completely exhausted after working for 17 hours and lightheaded after hours of spraypainting:

THe swedish band who opened in the back garden was so charming, "Zirkus Transmopol" . Unfortunately it was early and freezing so not many people saw them play.
