An effort by the German Government to show people that it is ok to go rollerblading with people of other ethnicities: is it noble or naive?

Ahh, if only problems could be solved with a few sicky-sweet posters... ok, so maybe I am a bit cynical today. But just today.

Hmm.....reminds me of a similar effort in the states:
I can't think of any specific campaign in the states but I am sure there have been hundreds of the same nature- mostly/most likely directed by Spike Lee.
