Thinking: but if they did accidentally create a black hole then the whole world (or universe would end in less than the blink of an eye, right, and we would've even have time to freak out... or would it be like the Nothing?...
Yet another article on the lawsuit against CERN's Particle accelerator, this time in SLATE referring to the NY TIMES article (it's so pretty!) Wikipedia says: "* Although it is purely hypothetical, a large particle accelerator might produce a micro black hole, and if this escaped it could gradually eat the whole of the Earth."
Purely hypothetical, which is also funny that there is a foto there in the article of something completely hypothetical... not only that but the foto of the black hole is turquoise and red...
